This is Sadie and her rider at a show. Born in 1982.
Sadie was a rescue horse from Heaven Can Wait Equine Rescue.
She is a Tennesse Walking Horse cross mare. She is a wonderful
lessons horse and adores children.
She is a very kind hearted mare always accepting pats and
treats like a lady from all the kids. She is also the lead
mare in our herd.
Sadie is one of the rarest colors a horse can be. Her coloring is
called "Rubicano". This coloring is often confused with "roaning".
Rubicano's have a distinct 'coon tail' which is a white tuff of hair
at the top of their tails, along with white hairs in the
flanks. We knew that she was a different color, but not
RARE.
